Cytokine
Cytokine (CK) is a class of small molecule polypeptide or glycoprotein with extensive biological activity synthesized and secreted by immune cells (such as mononuclear cells, macrophages, T cells, B cells, NK cells, etc.) and some non-immune cells (endothelial cells, epidermal cells, fibroblasts, etc.) after stimulation. Cytokines can mediate the interaction between cells and have a variety of biological functions, such as regulating cell growth, differentiation and maturation, function maintenance, regulating immune response, participating in inflammation, wound healing and tumor growth and decline.
The cytokines provided by Abbkine include: Interleukin, chemokines, colony-stimulating factor (CSF), interferon, transforming growth factor (TGF) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) families are widely used in cancer, apoptosis, endocrinology, immunology, neuroscience, protease and stem cell research. Abbkine cell culture (eukaryotic cells) derived non-animal cytokines, produced from non-animal raw materials and expression systems in which the medium is serum free, animal free and chemically defined.
Features and Advantages
- The endotoxin content per microgram of protein was <1.0 EU by LAL method;
- 2. Purity >95%, each cytokine is equipped with 1 mL supporting resolution Buffer, the product performance is stable after resolution;
- Freeze-dried powder packaging, safe and assured. The outer packaging adopts non-heat source and non-endotoxin EP tube to eliminate endotoxin interference from the packaging.
