Descriptions:Interleukin 16 (IL-16) predicts a molecular mass of 13.5 kDa, encoded by this gene is a pleiotropic cytokine that functions as a chemoattractant, a modulator of T cell activation, and an inhibitor of HIV replication, and signaling process of this cytokine is mediated by CD4.

Descriptions:Interleukin-6(IL-6) is encoded by the IL-6 gene and acts as both a pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine. It is secreted by T cells and macrophages to stimulate immune response.

Descriptions:Interleukin 24 (IL-24) predicts a molecular mass of 18.2 kDa, is a cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family of cytokines that signals through IL-20R1 /IL-20R2 and IL-22R1 /IL-20R2. Its normal physiological role relates to wound healing, protection against diseases caused by bacteria.
Applications:His tag

Descriptions:Human DKK-1 (Dickkopf related protein 1) is a secreted antagonist of Wnt/beta-Catenin signaling. It interacts with LRP-6, and internalized complexes of DKK-1/LRP-6/Kremen 2 can downregulate Wnt signaling. The balance between Wnt signaling and Human DKK-1 inhibition is critical for bone formation and homeostasis. In addition, Human DKK-1 can act as either a tumor suppressor or promoter of metastasis.

Descriptions:Interleukin-17F(IL-17F) is a cytokine with similar sequence to IL-17.The most significant role of IL-17 is to participate in inducing and mediating pro-inflammatory reaction.
Applications:His tag

Descriptions:Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a 14-15 kDa glycoprotein with immune regulatory functions in many diverse cell types. IL-15 can be constitutively expressed in a variety of cell types stored as intracellular protein in the cytoplasm as well as transport to the cell surface, while only secreted from some cell types including monocytes, dendritic cells, epithelial cells, bone marrow stromal cells, and fibroblasts. As a pleiotropic cytokine, IL-15 mediates the crosstalk between innate immunity and adaptive immunity whose principal role is to kill virally infected cells. IL-15 plays a crucial role in the development, differentiation, and survival of NK cells. In monocytes, IL-15 induces the production of IL-8 and monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1), which recruits neutrophils and monocytes to sites of infection. IL-15 can also act as a chemo-attractant in T lymphocytes and regulate the differentiation of T lymphocytes.
