Immunohistochemistry is the application of the basic principles of immunology-antigen-antibody reaction, that is, the principle of specific binding between antigen and antibody, through the chemical reaction of the labeled antibody chromogenic agent (fluorescein, enzyme, metal ion, isotope) color to determine the set of woven intracellular antigens (peptides and proteins), on the positioning, qualitative and quantitative research, which is called immunohistochemistry or immunocytochemistry.
