Additional Information

Background B lymphocyte stimulator (Blys), also known as TNFSF13B, CD257, and BAFF, is a one -way II membrane protein, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor family. BAFF is expressed in large quantities in peripheral blood white cells, and is specially expressed in monocytes and macrophages. BAFF is a cellular factor that can be used as a container TNFRSF13B (TACI), TNFRSF17 (BCMA) and TNFRSF13C (BAFFR). These receptors are important factors for B cell differentiation, stability and choice.
