| Background | CheKine™ Pro Catalase (CAT) Fluorometric Activity Assay Kit can detect animal and plant tissues, cells, serum, plasma and other samples. The principle involves the catalase (CAT) in the detection system breaking down H2O2 into water and oxygen. The residual hydrogen peroxide, in the presence of an enzyme and a fluorescent substance, undergoes a reaction where its fluorescence intensity at an excitation wavelength of 535 nm and an emission wavelength of 587 nm is directly proportional to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. |

1.The species of antibody reactivity should be the sample species that can be matched normally after Abbkine R&D experts have passed strict scientific verification. If your sample is not within the range of reactivity, in order to improve the efficiency and results of your experiment, it is not suggested to try other species.
